Our publication, as a periodical print media, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, provides obligatory copies to the Russian Book Chamber. This ensures the completeness of the state bibliographic accounting and the availability of information to the public. The legal grounds for providing obligatory copies are regulated by Federal Law No. 77-FZ of December 29, 1994 on an Obligatory Copy of Documents.
